A Cardam Legal, LLC Entity

This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant (“Participant”), in favor of Wicked Fun Club, a Cardam Legal, LLC entity, its owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as “Wicked Fun Club”).

By signing this Agreement, Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk

I am at least 18 years of age and am freely and voluntarily choosing to attend and participate in this event and to view and/or participate in activities that I know are adult oriented and sexually explicit and that involve acts of domination, submission, bondage, discipline, sadism and masochism, and other explicit and extreme sexual fetishes and activities, including, but not limited to, spanking, paddling, whipping, waxing, piercing, fire play, knife or edge or blood play, bondage, suspension, fisting and other oral, vaginal and anal penetration. I understand that these activities involve certain risks, including, but not limited to, the possible negligent or reckless conduct of other participants.

I understand that activities within the confines of the Wicked Fun Club, located at 27 Main Street, Terryville, CT 06786, may involve risks of injury, illness, property damage, or other harm. I AM AWARE THAT THESE ACTIVITIES ARE CONSIDERED EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED, AND I ACCEPT AND I ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL RISKS OF PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Wicked Fun Club for any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or related to participation in activities or use of the premises at 27 Main Street, Terryville, CT 06786, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, regardless of whether such claims are caused by the negligence of Wicked Fun Club.

3. Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wicked Fun Club from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, or damages, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or related to Participant’s actions or participation in activities at the Wicked Fun Club.

4. Acknowledgment of Safety Rules

Participant agrees to comply with all safety rules and instructions provided by Wicked Fun Club staff and understands that failure to do so may result in removal from the premises without refund.

5. Medical Consent

Participant authorizes Wicked Fun Club to seek emergency medical treatment on their behalf if necessary and agrees to assume full responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.

6. Use of Participant's Email Address

Participant acknowledges that any email address provided during the completion of this Agreement will be used solely for communication related to the activities or events at the Wicked Fun Club. Wicked Fun Club and Cardam Legal, LLC will not sell, share, or distribute Participant’s email address to third parties, nor will they use the email address for marketing purposes without express written consent.

7. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.

9. Acknowledgment of Understanding

Participant acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this Agreement, and they sign it voluntarily and without coercion.
