By accessing our website, registering as a member, purchasing an event ticket, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 21+. Membership approval is at the club’s discretion. Users agree to comply with club policies and applicable laws.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to access our website content, register for membership, or attend any event.
• By registering or purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification to verify age and identity at any event or venue.

3. Membership & Registration

• Membership and event access are granted at the sole discretion of Shoreline Sunsets LLC (DBA Wicked Fun Club).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
• We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership or event access at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, our Club Rules, or applicable law.

4. Code of Conduct

• All members and guests are expected to comply with our posted Club Rules and Etiquette guidelines at all times while on our premises or attending our events.
• Consent, respect, and discretion are required of all attendees. Any form of harassment, non-consensual contact, or disregard for another guest’s boundaries will result in immediate removal and permanent ban, without refund.
• Photography, video, or audio recording of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises unless explicitly authorized in writing by management.
• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual who violates our Code of Conduct, dress code, or house rules, at our sole discretion.

5. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

• All membership fees and event entry fees are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are due in full at the time of registration or ticket purchase unless otherwise stated.
• All sales are final. Membership fees and event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, affected ticket holders will be notified and offered a credit or refund at our discretion.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

• Attendance at our venue and events is voluntary. By entering our premises or attending an event, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with your participation.
• Shoreline Sunsets LLC (DBA Wicked Fun Club), its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance or participation in any activity, event, or use of our facilities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shoreline Sunsets LLC and its representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your conduct or violation of these Terms.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Shoreline Sunsets LLC (DBA Wicked Fun Club) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.
