These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wickedfunclub.com, our members area at members.wickedfunclub.com, and your attendance at any Wicked Fun Club (“Wicked Fun,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” a DBA of Shoreline Sunsets LLC) events. By accessing our website, registering for membership, purchasing tickets, or attending an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register as a member, purchase event entry, or attend any Wicked Fun Club event.
• By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo ID at check-in to verify age and identity, and to refuse entry if identification cannot be verified.
• Wicked Fun Club is a lifestyle/swingers club intended strictly for consenting adults. Content and activities associated with our events are of an adult nature.

2. Membership & Registration

• Access to events requires registration through our members area and, where applicable, payment of membership or entry fees.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
• Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another individual.
• We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any membership at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, our house rules, or our code of conduct.

3. Event Entry, Pricing & Attendance

• Entry fees, pricing tiers (including couples, single ladies, and male pricing), and event availability are as posted on our Pricing page and are subject to change without notice.
• Single-male entry and couples/single-lady-only nights are governed by the schedule posted on our website; we reserve the right to enforce these restrictions at the door.
• All guests must comply with our posted Rules, Etiquette guidelines, and Dress Code. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the premises without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason, including intoxication, disruptive behavior, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

4. Payments, Fees & Refunds

• All fees must be paid in full through the payment methods designated at checkout or at the door.
• Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, membership fees and event entry fees are non-refundable, including in cases of no-shows or late cancellations.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future events and memberships at any time.

5. Code of Conduct

• All interactions and activities at our events must be consensual. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and all guests must respect the boundaries of others.
• Harassment, coercion, non-consensual photography or recording, and any form of pressure or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal and permanent ban, without refund.
• Photography and recording are prohibited except where explicitly permitted by event hosts; guests must respect the privacy of other attendees at all times.
• Guests agree to follow all instructions given by hosts and staff regarding safety, conduct, and use of the facility.
• Our club is smoke-free and vape-free; guests must comply with this policy at all times.

6. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

• Attendance at Wicked Fun Club events is voluntary. You acknowledge that adult social and sexual activities carry inherent personal risks, and you voluntarily assume all such risks by attending.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Shoreline Sunsets LLC, Wicked Fun Club, its owners, hosts, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from your attendance at or participation in our events.
• You are solely responsible for your own health and safety decisions, including any decisions related to intimate activity with other guests.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Website Use

• You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not use our website to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the site’s operation.
• All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Wicked Fun Club/Shoreline Sunsets LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Reviews & User Submissions

By submitting a review, testimonial, or other content to us (including via email, our website, or third-party review platforms we may feature), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to publish and display that content, including your name, initials, or handle, on our website and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise.
