These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your consent to receive text messages from Wicked Fun Club (a DBA of Shoreline Sunsets LLC, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in through our website, membership registration, or event check-in, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Consent to Receive SMS

By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding membership, event reminders, confirmations, customer support, and optional promotions. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance.

2. Types of Messages

Messages you may receive include, but are not limited to:

  • Membership account updates and confirmations
  • Event reminders and last-minute event updates
  • Ticket or entry confirmations
  • Customer support communications
  • Optional promotional offers and announcements (only if you opt in to promotional messages)

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your membership activity and upcoming events. You may receive multiple messages per week during active event periods, or fewer during quieter periods.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Wicked Fun Club is not responsible for any charges billed to you by your wireless carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also contact us directly using the information in Section 8 to request removal.

6. Help & Support

For help at any time, text HELP to the number you received messages from, or contact us using the information in Section 8.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation in our SMS program is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this SMS service.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and any information collected through our SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Eligibility

By opting in to SMS messages, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you are at least 21 years of age, consistent with our general membership requirements.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
