Welcome to the Murder at Wicked Fuck! This is a night meant to be fun. Please pay attention to the premise of the evening and the ground rules. 

In this Murder Mystery, you will play your assigned character. You will receive a character sheet and follow the directions/tasks as the night rolls along. This will include actions pre and post murder. You will work together to make a silly and sexy story and solve the murder case. Since we are in a swinger’s club, you will see various light flirty tasks and full on sexy acts integrated into the scripts. PLEASE SEE NOTES ABOUT OUT OF CHARACTER TIME, CONSENT, AND SCRIPT IMPROV.

RULES:

1. Please stay in character as much as possible. React to things as your character would. If you need to ask the host a question, please ask the question as non-publicly as possible. If you are interacting with others out of character for an extended period of time, please go to the designated out of character area. 
2. The detective will lead the clues. You do not need to search for clues independently, but feel free to improvise lightly. 
3. As for being in character, some people will be more in character than others and that’s 100% okay, just don’t make anyone feel weird for being super in character or super not in character.
4. The overarching goal is to figure out who committed the crime by finding clues and talking to other characters. The murderer already knows who they are, but just like your character may or may not have motivation to figure out who it is, the murderer may or may not have motivation to tell you that they did it. More specifically, your goal is to complete the picture. You each know something that the others don’t, which you can learn by talking to them and/or by searching the crime scene and finding clues. 

1. Disclaimer: some parts of this are going to be slightly incongruent with the way the world actually works. Just roll with it. I’ve never done this before. 
2. The great thing about this murder taking place in a swinger’s club is that, in real life or fictional, CONSENT MATTERS. ALWAYS ASK PERMISSION, EVEN BEFORE SCRIPTED ACTIONS. IF A PERSON SAYS NO IN OR OUT OF CHARACTER, THAT MEANS NO. 
3. On a similar note, adjust as needed according to your comfort. I tried to make the scripts as non binding as possible, meaning I am not subjecting you to doing a specific sexual act on a specific person. You may see goals/actions like “flirt with character X” or “find anyone who will suck your nipple”. These are meant to enhance the story. They are not mandatory. Please feel free to adjust/fake as needed. If you have any concerns or questions about your script, please see me. Feel free to make your own interactions/relationships. Just because someone is not listed in your character sheet doesn’t mean you can’t share spit!
